1st Annual One Ford Road Car Show to benefit CASA TERESA

Saturday, March 27th at 10:00am

This event is benefiting CASA TERESA which is a local single Mother’s home and a minimum donation of $20.00 is required from each car owner entering the show. Donations will be collected at the trophy table, located at the Front Lawn.

Please enter via the Bison Gate and inform the Guard that you are here for the Car Show. If you are exhibiting a car please proceed to the Front Lawn area where the trophy table is located and register your entry. At this time you will be asked for your donation and provided with your designated parking space. Parking for guest attendees will be available on Old Course from Edgewood/ Ironwood to Gleneagles/ Oaktree, please see attached map. Set up will begin at 8:30am and the show will start at 10:00am and conclude at 2:30pm.

The cars will be judged on a people’s choice basis with each resident family and each participant getting one ballot. One vote should be cast for your favorite in each of the classes and for Best of Show. Please deposit your ballot by 1pm at the Trophy Table. Have fun, and be sure to see all the cars and talk with their proud owners.

Spring Fling

Saturday, April 3rd 2pm - 4pm

Saturday, April 3rd is the One Ford Road Spring Fling event and Egg Hunt. Everyone is welcome to come on down to the Front Lawn for a fun party with your family, friends and neighbors.

We are having a huge 4 in 1 combo bounce house, (2) different egg hunts according to age and a delicious Easter inspiried spread of food. The Easter Bunny will be here from 2:00pm-4:00pm for pictures and will lead an egg hunt with our 7 years old and under OFR residents starting at 3:00pm in the courtyard area behind the Fireplace. We will have a more difficult egg hunt at 3:00pm for the 8 and older residents that will be on a portion of the PASEO! There will be 5 extra special GOLDEN EGGS to be found by our best egg hunters and are redeemable for prizes!

Please RSVP via the evite by March 27th. There is no cost for this event. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there!

To log-in, please visit www.gateworksguest.com, select your community and enter your phone number and password. You may update your personal resident & permanent guest information or add a temporary guest. Once you have completed your desired updates, just click submit changes and log-out.

Please understand that you can still contact the gate attendant directly to add temporary guests or submit the Homeowner Information Gate Access Change Form for permanent changes.
